Connecting with others who understand what it is like to live with a fearful or reactive pet can be a great source of support to owners. Below are some websites and online supports that owners have shared as being helpful to them.

DINOS – Dogs in Need of Space

Debbie Jacobs, CPDT-KA, CAP specializes in working with fearful dogs and has a book, a website, and a blog to resource and also facilities the Fearful Dogs Facebook Group.

There is also a Reactive Dogs Facebook Group that focuses on force-free approaches when working with reactive dogs.

The Muzzle Up Project is working to promote the positiveness of muzzles and offers owners support on how to do this.

And hearing the stories of others who are also living with and loving a pet with behavior problems can be really helpful and help us not feel so alone.  Below are stories other pet owners have shared about their experience.
