Therapy can help us move through challenging times in our life to a place of peace and continued growth. My role as a therapist is to help you discern what it is you want to work on and to provide you with support and tools to make positive changes in your life. My hope is that clients find therapy to be a safe and non-judgmental space where they are able to feel supported by me as they navigate through the difficulties in their lives and find new ways to cope and to grow. I practice from an integrated treatment approach which incorporates psychodynamic, cognitive, emotionally focused, and trauma-informed therapy models.
